Project Overview

This project aimed to deliver a seamless and engaging online experience for a real estate brand. The site needed a balance of modern aesthetics, smart search tools, and mobile responsiveness.

My Role and Contributions

I led the design efforts from scratch—translating the client’s vision into a fully functional, interactive platform. I researched the audience, defined UX flows, and ensured branding consistency throughout.

Challenges and Solutions

Challenge 1: Optimizing for Speed and Performance
With high-quality visuals required for property display, performance suffered.

Solution:
I reduced image weight using compression, introduced lazy loading for better resource handling, and cleaned up styles and scripts. This led to faster page loads without any compromise on visual quality.
