Heavy image files and dynamic components hurt load times.
Solution:
Used modern compression techniques, lazy loading via HTML attributes, and minified JavaScript and CSS files. This greatly improved site responsiveness and speed.

The website’s rollout produced immediate, quantifiable benefits. Within the first few weeks, user engagement metrics surged—as visitors spent a longer duration interacting with property galleries and search functionalities.
